Policies

Return / Refund / Exchange Policy:

  • How long do customers have to request return / refund / exchange of items:

Request must be done WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

  • Exchanges:

Exchanges can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.

If a different item is requested, a fee may be charged to make the transaction possible.

The exchange of the new item will be processed and delivered within 10-14 business days after old item is returned to Benji Kings.

  • Damaged items and Replacement:

Faulty, defected, damaged items will be replaced within 10-14 business days.

Customer must provide proof of damaged item.

Benji Kings is not responsible for items damaged 7 days after order is received. 

  • Refunds:

Refunds are granted based off dissatisfaction with item.

Refund will be processed after item is returned to Benji Kings.

  • How customers should return items:

Items should be shipped back to the original address it was sent from.

Instructions for return will be specified to the customer via email (benjikingscustomerhelp@gmail.com)

  • Any required conditions of returns:

Original packaging.

  • Who pays for return shipping:

Benji Kings. 

  • How a refund is granted:

Default, defects, dissatisfaction with the item.

  • How long does an exchange / replacement take:

Once the old item is received. The new item will be delivered within 10-14 business days.

  • Any restocking fees charged:

No.
